Your order will be shipped within 3 working days of your purchase. All parcels are shipped with the Austrian Post Service (Österreichische Post AG).

As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number of the parcel.

Shipping within Austria costs €4,50,-

Shipping rates vary by country, destination and weight. Your shipping costs will be visible to you before check-out.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The revocation period starts with the day you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you have taken possession of the last goods.

If you would like to return your product for exchange or refund, please send an email to info@fivefortythelabel.com before the expiration of the revocation period. You can use the sample revocation form attached.

Within a period of 14 working days from the moment we receive your package in our office, your refund will be arranged. For your reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment used by you in the original transaction unless agreed with you otherwise.

We can only accept the returned product unused and in our original packaging. You are liable for any loss in value of the goods which is due to your handling of the product which is not necessary to inspect its condition, properties and functionality.

The costs for the return shipment as well as any related costs for importing the goods back to Austria have to be met by the customer.
